Shipping

We ship our goods only insured by DHL within 1-2 business days after receipt of order and the selected payment method credit card or instant bank transfer.

In case of prepayment / bank transfer we ship only after full payment has been received on our account.

The corresponding shipping costs vary depending on the weight or value of goods and will be displayed at the end of the ordering process. The delivery time is between 2 and 25 days depending on the country of destination.

Return

(Enduser in the sense of § 13 German Civil Code (BGB) )

The costs for the return shipment shall be borne by the customer.

We also refer to our Right of withdrawal for consumers

Refusal of acceptance

A return by non-acceptance without a corresponding declaration of revocation (only consumers) does not yet constitute a revocation.

Payment

We offer various payment options, which you can use at the end of the ordering process. You will automatically receive the invoice for your order within 24 hours to the specified e-mail address.

For orders from other EU countries you have the possibility to indicate your VAT ID. The invoice will then be issued as a tax-exempt intra-community supply in accordance with § 4 No. 1b UStG.

In individual cases, deliveries and returns to countries outside the European Union may incur additional costs for which we are not responsible and which are to be borne by you (e.g. customs duties).

Prices vary depending on the country we ship you, you will see all costs before you pay.

If you are located outside the EU (European community) (especially UK since Brexit), you have to be prepared, that customs will charge you extra fees. This is usually VAT, which you get back as a company, but as an enduser you have to pay the VAT. It might also be the case, that VAT adds some different taxes or fees. If you do need to know exactly how much this is, please ask your local customs consultant. We cannot do anything about it, and we cannot charge for it upfront. Our prices include the product pricing as well as shipping prices. Not more.

In the event of an invoice rewriting, we charge a flat rate of € 50.00 per invoice.
